1. Eat more often
Yeah, you read that correctly. The body has to feed more often but not all at once. In other words, eat more often but make your portions smaller. You’ll have to eat six times a day, at least.
Keep in mind that when your food is digested your body burns calories. If your body gets fewer calories than it consumes, then you lose weight. This is one of the tricks that not many people know about losing weight and the best thing is that you can stop hunger.
2. Do cardio exercises
There’s no need to go to the gym every day, or lift weights, or cycle for two hours or on the treadmill. There are many types of cardio exercises that you can use by training just 15 or 20 minutes to achieve your goals.
Here we are talking about exercise at high-intensity intervals or Tabata. These are two very successful exercises that shorten the training time you need but still produce excellent results. You have almost no periods of rest, and afterwards, you’ll be broken, but they’re very realistic.
3. Eat foods that burn fat
We’re not talking about some amazing diet here, because as they say, no pain, no gain. It’s a trick to lose weight though, which you can use to supplement your regular diet.

4. Breakfast as an emperor

Your body needs a lot of energy in the morning since it hasn’t eaten for hours (and therefore hasn’t got any fuel). Moreover, it is the breakfast calories that you burn the fastest, as after dinner you’ll exercise more than in the evening. If you eat too much at night and then go to bed, it just accumulates everything.

5. Don’t deny yourself everything
One of the main reasons we sometimes fail to lose weight is because we are too much in love with things we keep ourselves. Then we get a binge and all the effort we made was for nothing.
Eat a small piece of cake, if you are at a party. If you’re going out with friends, have some beer. If you’re fancy fries at the restaurant, order a slice. This way you will be able to control your cravings better and stop overeating yourself.
6. Drink plenty of water
You probably have heard or read that you ought to drink at least two litres of water a day. This is not an arbitrary number, it is precisely what the body needs to prevent dehydration and to perform all bodily functions successfully.
Water also has other advantages, such as:
- Water controls body temperature.
- Waste and fats are released into your urine.
- It fills your heart.
We often think we’re hungry, while this feeling is thirsty indeed. If it’s dry, or you’re exercising, make sure you get three litres of water a day.
